My belief? Lasting performance comes from a strategic, sustainable approach.
Backed by my corporate HR experience and ICF-accredited Executive & Business Coach credentials, I’m the sparring partner that enables executives, founders and talent to create that balance while scaling.

I´m Cécile, ICF certified Coach and founder of HOUSE OF KRAM

I specialize in sustainable performance, leadership, and career strategy, helping high-achievers and organizations break free from outdated success models that lead to burnout, disengagement, or stagnation. With a background in corporate HR and coaching, I’ve seen firsthand how top talent and leaders struggle to sustain peak performance without sacrificing well-being. 

For me, grief and motherhood were turning points that forced me to rethink the way we approach work, success, and fulfillment. But transformation doesn’t have to come from crisis. It starts with the right strategy.
